The Golden Triangle refers to the cities of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. It is called The Golden Triangle as these cities form a virtual triangle on the map. You will be exploring the magnificent architecture and enjoy the diverse cultures of India starting from the capital Delhi, visit the wonders of the world, Taj Mahal in Agra, and then experience the rich culture of The Pink City, Jaipur. Check out the opulence, romance, heritage, and liveliness of effervescent trinity.

Day 1 Arrival in Delhi , Delhi – Agra (210 Km- approx. 4 hrs.)

Welcome to New Delhi, the capital city of India. You will be picked up from the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi or Railway Station and then proceed to Agra. Upon reaching Agra, you would visit the Itimad-ud-Daulah- a Mughal mausoleum. Itimad-ud-Daulah is usually referred to as ‘Baby Taj’ & experiences the heavenly beauty of Taj Mahal from the Taj Night view Point. Then, you would be checked in to your hotel for overnight stay. Evening will be at leisure. NOTE: Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays.

Day 2 Full Day Agra Sightseeing

You have to wake up before dawn so that you can visit the Taj Mahal as the first rays of the sun hit it. The white marble changes from a light grey to a rose hue and then finally to a stunning gold! This experience is truly mesmerizing and can be observed in some peace as the crowd is thin in the mornings. After this mesmerizing experience, you would return to your hotel in order to freshen up. After having a scrumptious breakfast, you would resume your sightseeing by visiting the Sikandra- the tomb of Mughal emperor Akbar The Great. After visiting this majestic tomb, the next stop will be Agra Fort, the majestic fort made of red sandstone standing on the banks of river Yamuna. Lunch will be followed. Post lunch, you would have the option of visiting a Roman Catholic Symmetry also known as ‘The Red Taj Mahal’. We will also be visiting the local market. You would also have the option of watching the Kalakriti show. Evening will be at leisure open for independent activities.

Day 3 Agra (Agra–Jaipur distance 240 Km- approx. 6 hrs.)

On day 3  we will continue our journey to the Pink City (Jaipur). On our way to Jaipur, we will stop at Fatehpur Sikri-the residential complex of Akbar and then at Abhaneri- a step well. Upon arriving in Jaipur, you would check-in at your hotel as after a long and exhausting journey, one requires a break. So, you can either relax at the hotel or you can visit the local bazaar in the evening. Day will be at leisure open for independent activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Jaipur

After having Breakfast,you will be visiting the Amer Fort, a majestic fort located at the top of the Aravalli Hills. You can take a short ride on the elephant's back to reach the fort- an overwhelming experience. You will see the largest cannon on wheels in the world, and an old cannon foundry at Jaigarh fort. You will have the option of visiting Nahargarh Fort. After having lunch, be ready to resume your expedition in the Pink city(Jaipur) with our handpicked tour guides in order to discover the unknown facts of the City Palace- a perfect example of Rajput & Mughal architecture. Then, Photo Stop at the Palace of Winds popularly known as Hawa Mahal, a five-story building built-in 1799 to enable the royal ladies to view the outside life. Then, you can visit the local Bazar to experience rich Rajasthani cultures and enjoy different delicacies. Later you can visit the Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory constructed by the founder of Jaipur, Emperor Sawai Jai Singh. Optional (Visit Jantar Mantar) Finally, you would return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5 Departure for Delhi (Jaipur–Delhi distance 250 Kms approx. 5 hrs.)

After having Breakfast and finally saying goodbye to your hotel by noon, you will start your expedition towards Delhi, the capital of India. Upon arriving in Delhi we will check you in at the hotel. You can relax in your hotel. In the evening, you will visit the Swaminarayan Akshardham temple. Then, return to the hotel for an overnight stay. Note: Akshardham remains closed on Mondays.

Day 6 Delhi Sightseeing

After checking out from the hotel. You would visit Qutub Minar, followed by Humayun’s Tomb and then, a local bazaar. Then, you will be transferred to the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi or railway Station with some beautiful memories . Happy Travelling!
